We would like to inform you that Al Quoz Center will operate in a trial opening phase from July 21 to 25, 2025 (Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and the official launch of the center is scheduled for 28th July 2025.

We would like to inform you that the schedule for healthy children's vaccinations at Wadi Al Helo Health Center will be changed starting from August 1, 2025. Vaccinations will be available every Tuesday and Thursday from 08:00 AM to 02:30 PM.

EHS AI Policy

In response to the UAE Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2023, which aims to improve government performance, accelerate achievement, and create innovative work environments, and for the UAE to be the first in the world to invest in artificial intelligence in its various government sectors, and to provide 100% of first-line services to the public through artificial intelligence, and in line with directions aimed at digital transformation in its services, the Emirates Health Services (EHS) has adopted best practices related to the application of the artificial intelligence management system following the requirements of ISO 42001:2023 specifications, through the following:

  • Compliance with the laws, policies, and legislation of the UAE’s AI management systems, such as the UAE AI Strategy and the AI Ethics Guide.
  • Providing the necessary human, technical, financial, and logistical resources to ensure efficient deployment and development of the artificial intelligence management system.
  • Setting goals and objectives for the management of artificial intelligence systems that are commensurate with the institution's national trends and strategic goals, and implementing and measuring them on an ongoing periodic basis.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage the risks of artificial intelligence systems and prepare the necessary plans and procedures to reduce their impact or prevent their occurrence.
  • The commitment of management and workers at all levels to bear responsibility for the performance of artificial intelligence systems and to ensure that employees have sufficient qualifications to carry out their work safely to ensure the optimal use of artificial intelligence solutions and applications.
  • Ensuring data protection, privacy, and adherence to artificial intelligence ethics.
  • Providing the necessary work instructions, training, and appropriate awareness programs per the requirements of the artificial intelligence systems management system.
  • Spreading awareness about the optimal and safe use of artificial intelligence applications for all workers.
  • Continuous development and improvement of the implemented artificial intelligence systems management system.
