Dr. Kalthoom is keen on continuously developing her skills through enrolling in executive and women leadership programs. Further, she serves as a key member in several clinical and leadership committees and participated in international and national conferences for exploring and sharing knowledge in vital areas of healthcare advancement. She has published and participated in several research papers, contributing to innovation and excellence in healthcare in UAE.
