Bio

Dr. Reda Mohamed Sherif is a Consultant in Critical Care Medicine and Head of the Critical Care Unit at Kuwait Hospital Sharjah, Emirates Health Services (EHS). He also serves as Director of the Arab Board Program in Critical Care Medicine and Head of Education and Academic Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine for both the Emirates and Arab Board programs.

Dr. Sherif earned his Master’s degree in Anesthesia and Critical Care from Cairo University and achieved Arab Board certification in 2013. With over 20 years of experience, he has held senior positions at leading hospitals in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. He is actively engaged in ICU transformation, evidence-based practice, education, and international collaboration, with a strong commitment to training future intensivists and advancing critical care across the region.
