As part of its keenness to enhance the positive communication with the public, EHS seeks to assess the public's satisfaction with its communication channels, where it's considered as a primarily and important part of its strategy that helps to develop its services for all society members.

Through this consultation, the Ministry seeks to measure public satisfaction with its communication channels and monitor their proposals and development opinions that increase their readiness to interact with these means optimally.

After reviewing the public opinions and proposals, more communication channels will be activated based on audience suggestions, and those channels will also be used for marketing purposes.
