We would like to inform you that Al Quoz Center will operate in a trial opening phase from July 21 to 25, 2025 (Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and the official launch of the center is scheduled for 28th July 2025.

We would like to inform you that the schedule for healthy children's vaccinations at Wadi Al Helo Health Center will be changed starting from August 1, 2025. Vaccinations will be available every Tuesday and Thursday from 08:00 AM to 02:30 PM.

As part of its keenness to enhance the positive communication with the public, EHS seeks to assess the public's satisfaction with its communication channels, where it's considered as a primary and important part of its strategy that helps to develop its services for all society members.


Objective:
Through this consultation, the Ministry seeks to measure public satisfaction with its communication channels and monitor their proposals and development opinions that increase their readiness to interact with these means optimally.


Decision:
After reviewing the public opinions and suggestions, more communication channels will be activated based on audience suggestions, and those channels will also be used for marketing purposes.


Outcome

Audience prefer call center.

IVR marketing will be used to promote EHS digital channels.

The call center works 24\7 to meet customers needs.

The results are aligned with the work process at EHS.
