We would like to inform you that the schedule for healthy children's vaccinations at Wadi Al Helo Health Center will be changed starting from August 1, 2025. Vaccinations will be available every Tuesday and Thursday from 08:00 AM to 02:30 PM.

In line with its objectives to provide the best healthcare services for customers, and achieve their satisfaction and happiness, and fulfill their needs, Al-Fujairah Hospital has launched an initiative to deliver medications to telemedicine patients, under the slogan (Your medicine to your home). Through this initiative, the pharmacist contact patients, prepare medications and instructions and send everything to the patent's home.

 

Objective:

To measure the customers' satisfaction level on the initiative and involve them in improving it in a way that fulfills their needs and ensures their happiness.

 

Decision:

Through this consultation, Al-Fujairah Hospital aims to collect customer's feedback and suggestions and study their expectations to improve this service. 






Outcome

The results indicate that 56% of the participants benefited from the service, while 44% of them did not

The results indicate that 74% of patients consider that the steps to apply for the service are easy for them, and 26% of them find it difficult for them.

The results indicate that satisfaction rate of the service is 60%


Decisions:

The following actions have been taken to improve the service provided:

Increase the number of refrigerated cars to deliver the medicines faster and safer

Provide medicine delivery bags

Provide insulation boxes for heat-sensitive drugs

 Update the system for monitoring heat and humidity in drug transport vehicles


The questionnaire will also be developed and made easier to be suitable for the elderly category and people of determination and get more accurate results

Increase the awareness of customers on the positives of virtual clinic service in reducing time and effort and obtaining the service in an integrated and comprehensive manner from registration until the drug is received

Increase the marketing and promoting of service and its procedures for obtaining it
