We would like to inform you that the services of Falaj Al Mualla Physiotherapy Center have been suspended and the center has been closed since May 2025.

We would like to inform you that Al-Khalibiya Health Center will be temporarily closed, starting from Sunday, November 9, 2025, until further notice, as part of our efforts to improve services and ensure the quality of their delivery. Services will be transferred to Al-Halah Health Center.

We would like to inform you that Al Salama Health Center will be temporarily closed from Friday, 10 October 2025 until Sunday, 12 October 2025. During this period, Al Khazan Health Center will be open instead, according to the following schedule: Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 17:00 PM – 22:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 13:00 PM, 17:00 PM – 22:00 PM

We would like to inform you that Falaj Al Mualla Health Center – Umm Al Quwain has been transferred to the Initiatives of the UAE President, may Allah protect him, and is no longer under the facilities of Emirates Health Services.

EHS was established to enhance the efficiency of the country's health sector and provide various healthcare services, those services are being developed and improved to help customers around the clock. The services are also being marketed and promoted through .different channels to reach all society segments and ensure that they learn more about EHS services

Objective

EHS aims to measure customers' awareness of the digital services provided and know more about their feedback and suggestions to improve them

Decision

.After analyzing all the feedback and suggestions, EHS will improve its services and channels used for awareness and promotion



Outcome

Results:

The percentage of customers' satisfaction and their knowledge about EHS services exceeds 70%

The audience prefers to receive information about digital services via SMS


Decisions:

- To date, there is no active account under the name of EHS to carry out the task of marketing services via text messages, therefore, marketing through this channel is postponed until next year.


- The decision was taken to prepare a video using sign language on the digital channels that provide the services to be sent & shown in hospitals.
