By the breastfeeding clinic, Dibba Al-Fujairah Hospital provides awareness and educational services for mothers and pregnant women, which aim to provide comprehensive knowledge, support and assistance for mothers & families regarding the benefits of breastfeeding, starting from the sixth month of pregnancy till after delivery.


Objective:

Through this consultation, we aim to measure mothers' satisfaction and receive their suggestions on ways to obtain information and assistance, because their happiness and satisfaction contribute to raising the level of services provided in the hospital and support its journey to becoming a child-friendly hospital.


Decision:

Through this consultation, we aim to collect mothers' opinions on the ways of providing this service, to develop the work mechanism and improve performance to provide the service in more innovative and distinctive ways, in line with the visions and aspirations of our customers.



Outcome

  • The satisfaction rate of the Breastfeeding Clinic at Dibba Hospital is 94%.
  • The Suggestions received from the participants were studied and analyzed and an improvement plan was developed accordingly.

Decisions:

After studying the submitted suggestions, the following decisions were taken:

  • Including the Breastfeeding Clinic at Dibba Hospital within the marketing plan for the services on social media to raise pregnant women's awareness of the availability of the service.
  • Raising awareness of the availability of the service within the specified days and times through internal advertisements and digital screens.
  • Providing awareness-raising information and advice through brochures and leaflets.
  • Conducting awareness workshops for pregnant women to present information through presentations.
  • Providing an awareness video about the service.
