UAE has achieved advanced stages in the field of digital
transformation, and the EHS has distinguished itself in providing its services
in a variety of innovative ways, including digitizing services that are capable
of this transformation, in order to meet the needs and aspirations of customers
and facilitate their journey of completing their transactions, by transforming
a set of services into smart services that can be done via the smart app.
Objectives:
Through this consultation, EHS aims to measure the awareness of
customers about the digital transformation in its services, and how this
transformation contributes to reducing time, cost and effort when completing
government services, and studying the reason why some customers are not
supporting the digital transformation.
Decision:
After measuring the results, the awareness and encouragement
plan for digital transformation will be updated, through the creation of
content that fits the needs of customers and motivates those who are hesitant
to change their opinions, direct them and clarify the benefits of digital
