We would like to inform you that the schedule for healthy children's vaccinations at Wadi Al Helo Health Center will be changed starting from August 1, 2025. Vaccinations will be available every Tuesday and Thursday from 08:00 AM to 02:30 PM.

Emirates Health Services (EHS), through this advisory, aims to measure partners satisfaction with the Partnerships Management portal. This is a system for managing and executing partnerships with the Emirates Health Services. It provides partners with the ability to submit and track partnership requests through the system. Additionally, it facilitates the completion of all required steps for submitting partnerships electronically without the need for paperwork. It also allows easy access to information about initiatives and projects related to the partnership, enhancing transparency, and enabling effective communication among all parties

Details and Goals:

This advisory aims to measure partner satisfaction with the Partnerships Management Portal and to consider their opinions and suggestions for enhancing and developing their experience accordingly.

Decisions expected as a result of this initiative:

Development and improvement of the Partnerships Management Portal (the system for partnership management at the Emirates Health Services) based on the feedback and preferences of partners


Outcome

  • Improving the customer's journey on the partner portal by improving the overall appearance of the system and restructuring some system processes
  • Implementing the login feature via the digital ID (UAE PASS), which will enable unified login and update the service
