We would like to inform you that Al-Khalibiya Health Center will be temporarily closed, starting from Sunday, November 9, 2025, until further notice, as part of our efforts to improve services and ensure the quality of their delivery. Services will be transferred to Al-Halah Health Center.

We would like to inform you that Al Salama Health Center will be temporarily closed from Friday, 10 October 2025 until Sunday, 12 October 2025. During this period, Al Khazan Health Center will be open instead, according to the following schedule: Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 17:00 PM – 22:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 13:00 PM, 17:00 PM – 22:00 PM

We would like to inform you that Falaj Al Mualla Health Center – Umm Al Quwain has been transferred to the Initiatives of the UAE President, may Allah protect him, and is no longer under the facilities of Emirates Health Services.

To open an Evening physiotherapy clinic with flexible hours to meet the needs of customers working in sectors where it is difficult to attend during the day. This will enhance the customer experience and provide comprehensive and integrated healthcare services, allowing them to access services easily and at the right time.

  • Availability of Evening Physiotherapy Clinic Appointments: Offering therapy sessions by physiotherapists in the evening time to ensure greater flexibility in providing services to customers.
  • Accommodating Customers' Needs from Other Sectors: Allocating flexible appointment times for customers who have difficulty visiting the hospital during the day due to the nature of their work.
  • Improving Client Experience: Providing physiotherapy sessions at times that suit employees in various workplaces.
  • Increasing Patient Satisfaction: Facilitating customers' access to physiotherapy without affecting their work schedules, thus enhancing their satisfaction.
  • Enhancing Resource Utilization Efficiency: Effectively utilizing the capabilities of the physiotherapist by dedicating evening shifts to serve customers.

Expected Decisions as a Result of this Initiative:

  • Assigning Physiotherapist for Evening Clinic: Scheduling qualified physiotherapists to work in the evening time to ensure the quality of care provided.

Outcome

Survey results revealed that over 85% of respondents rated the evening schedule as "Very Suitable" or "Suitable", considering it more convenient compared to daytime hours. Most participants expressed high satisfaction with the service's availability in the evening, highlighting its alignment with their work commitments.

  • Official activation of evening physiotherapy sessions across EHS facilities.
  • Allocation of qualified physiotherapists for evening shifts to ensure high-quality care.
  • Implementation of regular quality monitoring to track patient satisfaction and improve service delivery.
