In line with its commitment to enhancing the quality of life and providing comprehensive and sustainable healthcare services, Fujairah Hospital, affiliated with Emirates Health Services, launched the initiative 'Your needs are on us,' which focuses on serving the elderly and people of determination.

The initiative aims to deliver essential medical supplies and dairy products to the homes of beneficiaries on a monthly basis, ensuring the continuity of healthcare and alleviating the burden on them and their families while considering their health and humanitarian needs.

This initiative embodies the values of compassion and care and is part of the EHS's efforts to provide integrated community healthcare that aligns with government directions to support the most vulnerable groups.

With the aim of:

Evaluating the experience of clients with the initiative and understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.


Outcome

Summary of Survey Results:

  • A high percentage of participants expressed overall satisfaction with the initiative and the quality of services provided.
  • Most respondents confirmed that the monthly delivery service made access to medical supplies easier and more convenient.
  • Some participants suggested expanding the range of medical supplies and products offered.
  • Many families appreciated the quick response and compassionate care provided by the medical team.
  • Repeated suggestions emphasized the need for a dedicated communication line for inquiries and assistance.
Decisions Taken:
  • Continue the initiative on a monthly basis while monitoring service quality.
  • Assess the possibility of expanding the program to include additional beneficiary groups in other regions.
  • Add more medical and healthcare products based on beneficiary needs.
  • Establish direct communication channels (hotline and WhatsApp) for support and feedback.
