We would like to inform you that Al Salama Health Center will be temporarily closed from Friday, 10 October 2025 until Sunday, 12 October 2025. During this period, Al Khazan Health Center will be open instead, according to the following schedule: Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 17:00 PM – 22:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 13:00 PM, 17:00 PM – 22:00 PM

We would like to inform you that Falaj Al Mualla Health Center – Umm Al Quwain has been transferred to the Initiatives of the UAE President, may Allah protect him, and is no longer under the facilities of Emirates Health Services.

Collect customers' opinions on preferred clinic times and assess feasibility of expanding evening and weekend clinics.

Expected decisions as a result of this initiative:

Determine optimal clinic timings and decide on adding evening/weekend specialties based on customer preferences


Outcome

Summary of Results:

  • A total of 26 participants responded to the survey.
  • 42.3% of participants prefer morning hours during weekdays.
  • 34.6% prefer evening hours during weekdays.
  • 23.1% prefer weekend appointments.
  • 73% of participants are not aware of the existing evening clinic for internal medicine.
  • 65.4% of participants support expanding evening clinics to include additional specialties (e.g., Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Orthopedics, Dermatology, Dentistry).
  • 53.9% prefer adding weekend clinics, with Saturday morning and Friday evening being the most suggested times.
Decisions Taken:
  • Enhance awareness about the existing evening clinic through official communication channels and internal announcements.
  • Assess the feasibility of opening new evening clinics in the most requested specialties (Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Orthopedics, Dermatology, Dentistry).
  • Launch pilot weekend clinics starting on Saturdays to measure demand and feedback.
  • Review and optimize the current clinic schedule to balance staff allocation between morning and evening sessions.
