Emirates Health Services activates feature enabling the use of UAE PASS to access its online and smart services

Emirates Health Services (EHS) has activated a new feature enabling its customers to use their UAE PASS to access its online and smart services through its official website and smart application.

EHS urged customers to register for the service and activate their accounts on the national digital identity portal, UAE PASS, to be able to continue availing the healthcare services it provides, in line with the UAE Government’s strategic directions to drive digital transformation.

Her Excellency Mubaraka Ibrahim, Director of Health Information Systems Department at EHS, said: “As the leading institution in terms of providing health services in the UAE, Emirates Health Services is committed to providing the best services to its customers, in accordance with the highest international standards and best practices. With that in mind, we sought to link UAE PASS to all of our procedures and services, available through our website and smart application. The objective is to provide a better experience that is easy and convenient for customers, in addition to playing our part in driving the digital transformation process in the country.”

“Registering for UAE PASS will enable customers to access health services much quicker, seeing as the digital identity solution provides a seamless technical solution for accessing our online and smart services, without needing to log in with a username, PIN code, or password,” H.E. added. “The feature also allows for auto-filling application forms with customer details, as well as automatically uploading required documents.”

By registering in the UAE PASS service, Emirates Health Services customers can benefit from its digital services, including health cards, training and development services, and treatment services, such as booking medical appointments, requesting medical reports, mobile care service, viewing personal medical files, accessing laboratory reports, applying for medical fitness services, medical complaints services, and preventative examinations against radiation risks.
