We would like to inform you that Al Salama Health Center will be temporarily closed from Friday, 10 October 2025 until Sunday, 12 October 2025. During this period, Al Khazan Health Center will be open instead, according to the following schedule: Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 17:00 PM – 22:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 13:00 PM, 17:00 PM – 22:00 PM

We would like to inform you that Falaj Al Mualla Health Center – Umm Al Quwain has been transferred to the Initiatives of the UAE President, may Allah protect him, and is no longer under the facilities of Emirates Health Services.

We would like to inform you that radiology services at Al Madam Health Center will be temporarily suspended due to maintenance work and will be notified of any updates regarding the resumption of service later.

We would like to inform you that Al Quoz Center will operate in a trial opening phase from July 21 to 25, 2025 (Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and the official launch of the center is scheduled for 28th July 2025.

Emirates Health Services announces Eid Al Adha working hours for all its facilities

Emirates Health Services (EHS) has announced that all primacy care centres under its umbrella will remain operational throughout the Eid Al Adha holidays adding that working hours and shifts for all hospitals, primary care centres, dental clinics, and fitness screening centres are listed on the EHS website www.ehs.gov.ae and social media platforms. The centres will offer their services as per the schedule and are subject to updates in accordance with the requirements and developments.

EHS explained that medical, nursing and administrative staff across its health facilities will continue to provide healthcare services in accordance with the highest standards of quality and global best practices, in order to meet the needs and requirements of customers during Eid Al Adha holiday, which begins with the holiday of Arafat Day.

EHS said that emergency sections across all of its hospitals will continue to provide services 24/7 during the holidays and most of the dental clinics at its Primary Health Care Centres will provide services from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Arafat day. During the second day of Eid, these centres will be open to customers from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on the third day except at Al Manama Health Center.

Specialised dental clinics will provide services during Arafat day and the second day of the holidays from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, and will open to customers during the third day from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm.

H.E. Dr. Issam Al Zarooni, Acting Executive Director of the Medical Services Sector, at EHS, said all its facilities will continue to provide services in accordance with the highest standards of quality and readiness throughout the morning and evening shifts to meet the requirements of individuals, and to ensure the health, safety and well-being of the community during the Eid Al Adha vacation, as well as during other public holidays.
