We would like to inform you that radiology services at Al Madam Health Center will be temporarily suspended due to maintenance work and will be notified of any updates regarding the resumption of service later.

We would like to inform you that Al Quoz Center will operate in a trial opening phase from July 21 to 25, 2025 (Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and the official launch of the center is scheduled for 28th July 2025.

Emirates Health Services (EHS), the leading provider of healthcare services in the UAE, has announced the launch of a medical appointment booking service within its smart app, enabling customers to book services easily and seamlessly in less than one minute.

The new update provides simple options for customers to speed up their booking process, thus helping save time and effort. They only have to click on the service icon, choose their required medical specialisation, select the emirate and preferred medical centre and opt from the available dates.

Director-General of EHS, said: "EHS endeavours to provide the best healthcare services to our clients in accordance with the best international standards and practices. Our goal is to improve the UAE health sector and meet the requirements of our customers using smart technologies in line with the directives of our leadership to enhance the quality of lives of the people.”

The application features an advanced and flexible search mechanism that contributes to shortening time and reducing the number of steps required to complete the service. It also gives customers the opportunity to benefit from the various healthcare services provided by EHS centres and facilities 24/7. Customers can also modify and cancel their appointments giving them a greater level of flexibility.

EHS recently integrated the UAE Pass with its smart app making the customer experience even more flexible and fast. They can take advantage of various solutions without submitting personal documents every time or repeat the registration of user IDs and passwords. They can access digital health cards, training and development services, and therapeutic services such as book a medical appointment and request a medical report, in addition to requesting medical reports, fitness reports and having access to lab reports as well as raise any complaints if any.
