The Emirates Health Services (EHS) has recorded a landmark achievement by obtaining the International Standard Certificate (ISO 10020) for change management. This reflects EHS’s commitment to adopting global best practices to enhance its ability to manage organisational change processes efficiently and effectively and align with the UAE's vision for fostering organisational resilience and adapting to global transformations to maximise future opportunities.

Fatma Al-Wali, Director of Strategy and Future Management at EHS, said that this achievement strengthens the position of EHS as a strategic partner in sustainable development.

She added that EHS is dedicated to building a flexible and integrated organisational environment capable of adapting to changes, overcoming challenges and leveraging opportunities for future success, thereby contributing to the leadership's vision for the pursuit of excellence.

Abdulla Al Muhairi, Director of the Finance and Budget Department at EHS, emphasised that the certification marks EHS’ efforts to implement organisational change management standards according to international best practices.

He highlighted that excellence is evident in the implementation of transformational projects by EHS, such as the revenue cycle management project implemented in cooperation with FATORAH. This initiative strives to achieve its objectives and create a meaningful impact by ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering the active engagement of all stakeholders.

Achieving the ISO 10020 certification represents a notable achievement in EHS's journey and serves as a powerful motivation to further cultivate a culture of excellence and organisational resilience. This also strengthens EHS's contribution to the UAE Centennial 2071 goals of sustainability and leadership across various sectors.
