Emirates Health Services Showcases Expert Insights at the "AI 360" Forum

As part of the UAE Innovation Month "UAE Innovates 2025”, Emirates Health Services (EHS) hosted the forum "AI 360: Insights from Experts," featuring a selection of local and international experts specializing in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, held at the Aljada Discovery Centre in Sharjah.

The forum began with an opening speech delivered by Her Excellency Mubaraka Ibrahim, Chief AI Officer and Acting Chief Information Officer at Emirates Health Services. She emphasized EHS's commitment to leveraging artificial intelligence and adopting the latest digital technologies to ensure the delivery of advanced and intelligent healthcare services that meet future needs. She highlighted the role of these technologies in improving the quality of healthcare and accelerating innovation in the sector, from enhancing the accuracy of medical diagnoses and increasing operational efficiency to revolutionizing data-driven personalized medicine, while balancing the adoption of modern technologies with patient privacy and ensuring quality healthcare.

The forum included two discussion panels featuring a group of local and international experts. The first panel focused on the challenges and opportunities related to employing artificial intelligence to enhance innovation in the healthcare sector, while the speakers in the second panel discussed the topic of cybersecurity in artificial intelligence.

Additionally, the forum featured several valuable lectures from EHS's strategic technology partners. The American company "SAS" presented a lecture titled "Overview of Artificial Intelligence and AI in Healthcare," addressing generative AI and its applications in healthcare services, as well as smart solutions for workforce management and efficiency enhancement, and the use of data for predictive analytics.

Dell Technologies offered a lecture titled "Data to AI Journey: Practical Learnings," which reviewed strategies for accelerating the transformation of ideas into innovations and practical solutions. Meanwhile, "Microsoft" presented a lecture titled “Overview of AI Agents," highlighting the use of artificial intelligence for data analysis and increasing productivity in the workplace through generative AI tools like CoPilot.

The "AI 360: Insights from Experts" forum concluded with participants reaffirming the pivotal role of artificial intelligence in developing the healthcare sector and enhancing the efficiency of medical services. Experts stressed the importance of collaboration across various sectors to employ modern technologies to address health challenges and achieve a qualitative shift in care methods, contributing to improving quality of life and supporting sustainable innovation.

EHS's hosting of this forum reflects its commitment to keeping pace with technological advancements and enhancing knowledge exchange among experts and specialists, thereby accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence solutions in the healthcare sector.
