He emphasized that the use of advanced technology is a fundamental pillar of EHS’ efforts to promote mental health, having adopted a range of innovative interactive solutions for treating psychological issues. Moreover, EHS has received numerous prestigious awards, including the International Hospital Federation Award in the category of Corporate Social Responsibility for its community mental health program.
Dr. Al Serkal stressed that mental health care is not only a health necessity but also a genuine investment in a more sustainable future. He affirmed that achieving Sustainable Development Goals requires collaboration across all sectors to create environments that foster mental well-being. In this context, Emirates Health Services is committed to continuing its efforts to elevate mental health services in line with The National Policy for the Promotion of Mental Health in the UAE and the vision of the wise leadership for a healthier and more prosperous future for all.
