We would like to inform you that the schedule for healthy children's vaccinations at Wadi Al Helo Health Center will be changed starting from August 1, 2025. Vaccinations will be available every Tuesday and Thursday from 08:00 AM to 02:30 PM.

Issue of a Birth Certificate

This service allows customers to request the issue of an official certificate for a newborn to prove the child's lineage, place and date of birth, nationality and religion.

Service Process

    To apply through the website:

    • Receive an SMS with the notification number, and service website
    • Sign in to e-services with UAE Pass
    • Submit the application via the e-system and enter the notification number (QAID number) to retrieve the information
    • Register the child name in Arabic and English
    • Pay the fees
    • Receive the certificate through delivery or by visiting the public health center in the Emirate

    To apply through the Mabrouk Ma Yak Package:

    • Submit application through the e-system.
    • Pay the certificate issuance fee. The application will be sent to the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship.

    To apply through public health center or hospital:

    • Receive an SMS with the notification number, and service website
    • Sign in to e-services with UAE Pass
    • Submit the application via the e-system and enter the notification number (QAID number) to retrieve the information
    • Register the child's name in Arabic and English
    • Pay the fees
    • Receive the certificate through delivery or by visiting the public health center in the Emirate
