Issue of a Replacement for Lost Birth Certificate

The application can be submitted through EHS website or public health centers with all the required documents.

Submit a notification from the embassy stating the name and nationality of the person and a No Objection letter to issuing the birth certificate

If all data has been entered correctly and the birth certificate details still do not appear, the reason may be that the birth was registered before 2018, as the system automatically displays details for births from 2018 onwards. In this case, the customer is required to visit the Public Health Center in the emirate where the birth took place to submit a request for issuing a new birth certificate with the original details
