If all data has been entered correctly and the death certificate details still do not appear, the reason may be that the death was registered before 2018, as the system automatically displays details for deaths from 2018 onwards. In this case, the customer is required to visit the Public Health Center in the emirate where the death took place to submit a request for issuing a replacement of a death certificate with the original details
