This service provides patients of all age groups to obtain specialized health services within the outpatient clinics in hospitals. It includes Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatric, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and other specilized clinics.

Arrive at the center 20 minutes before the appointment and check in through the Customer Happiness Center.
Pay fees if required.
Document the patient's vital signs and perform an initial assessment.
Evaluate and diagnose the case by the treating physician and conduct necessary laboratory tests and analyses as needed.
Visit the pharmacy to obtain medications as needed.
The patient will be given follow-up appointments with the physician at the specialized outpatient clinic, depending on her condition.
The health insurance system has been implemented in 12 hospitals and is currently being completed in the remaining hospitals.
