This service provides customers with a comprehensive periodic screening for non-communicable and chronic diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, lung diseases, osteoporosis, and depression. It also includes vaccinations and detecting problems related to smoking, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Service Process

Log in using the UAE PASS.

Book the medical appointment.

Complete the risk assessment questionnaire via a link received from Emirates Health Services or by using the QR code available at primary healthcare centers.

Arrive at the center 20 minutes before the appointment and check in at the Customer Happiness Center.

Record the patient's vital signs and perform an initial assessment of the condition.

Evaluate and diagnose the case by the treating physician

conduct necessary laboratory tests and analyses as needed.

Schedule the next appointment to review the results.
