The tenant visits the leasing platform, views the spaces available for rent, fills out all the fields, and obtains approval from those concerned from the health facility
EHS staff will then review the application and verify the required documents
If the conditions are met, the application will be transferred to the Property Leasing Committee for a final decision

If the applicant agrees to the terms and rental value, the parties sign the contract and the tenant pays the amount due for rent
