Request for Occupational Radiation Monitoring

This service allows private and governmental facilities to monitor the occupational radiation doses for workers in the radiation field on a regular basis and requesting dosimeters.

Service Process

Submit the service requests via e-mail

Fill out the forms sent for the service request and send them via email.

Complete the electronic payment process (if available) through the sent online link and send the payment receipt via email

Receive an email with the appointment for collection the radiation dosimeters from the center for the first-time.

Receive an email with the appointment for the upcoming radiation dosimeters collection and return the used radiation dosimeters to the center within one working week from reciving the new dosimeters.

Receive a report on the radiation dosimeters readings for the employees via email.

Receive a payment link to pay the annual fees, if applicable, to renew the service.

Conditions & Requirements

The prescribed fees must be paid as per the decree of the Council of Ministers (No. 3 for year 2001) for private sector.
Approval of the Radiation Protection Center at the Emirates Health Services before the service.

The service is provided free of charge to governmental agencies.

The fees for the private sector is indicated as follows:

quarterly reports, per person per year is charged for workers, for whole-body or extremity Radiation dosimeters.
reports every two months, per person per year is charged for workers, for whole-body or extremity Radiation dosimeters.
monthly reports, per person per year is charged for workers, for whole-body or extremity Radiation dosimeters.
quarterly reports, per person per year is charged for workers, for neutron and mixed Radiation dosimeters.
bi-monthly reports, per person per year is charged for workers, for neutron and mixed Radiation dosimeters.
monthly reports, per person per year is charged for workers, for neutron and mixed Radiation dosimeters.
