Provide the opportunity for EHS customers to have "EHS Ambassador" title which allows them to be involved in decision making processes through e-consultation and direct contact with them. Also, they  can provide their opinion about EHS services using certain surveys during brainstorming sessions

.Provide required access for EHS ambassadors so they can participate in decision making related to EHS's services

Outcome

Based on the analysis of the questionnaire's results and the analysis of the pillars, it was found that 96.43% of the participants are interested in sharing their opinions about the services provided by Emirates Health Services (EHS), and that 82.14% of them are interested in being nominated for a development ambassador to participate in the EHS's process of continuous development of the services provided, and they are interested in attending brainstorming sessions monthly. Based on the participants' preferences, 30.42% of them prefer to conduct the sessions on a monthly basis

Decisions

Nominations are open for participants and stakeholders to choose a development ambassador for EHS, to participate with us in the development process by conducting brainstorming sessions on a monthly basis throughout the customer experience laboratory
