Distinguishing between adolescents, children and adults in the field of primary health care

Objectives

Providing comprehensive health care for adolescents requires focusing on the physical, psychological, and social aspects to ensure their healthy growth and development.

Care includes providing periodic check-ups and awareness of healthy nutrition and physical activity. On the psychological side, support is provided through counseling sessions and awareness programs that help adolescents understand and manage their feelings. Social care aims to enhance social relationships and develop communication skills. Achieving this integrated care depends on cooperation between doctors, psychological counselors, and social workers, with the need for continuous evaluation to improve the quality of services provided.
