Book an appointment with the family physician for the first visit.
Get a referral to the NCD clinic and book an appointment.

Receive the service and after completing the required procedures and analysis on the day of the visit, a few days later, the patient is contacted by phone to discuss laboratory tests, agree on the treatment plan, and deliver the medication to the home.
On the same day, two text messages are sent to the patient, the first informing the next appointment in three months, and the appointment will be done remotely by contacting the patient, and the second informing him that he must undergo laboratory tests for the periodic examination a week before the appointment.
Another text message is also sent to the patient a week before the next appointment to remind him to visit the nearest health center for the periodic examination without the need to make an appointment or register for the examinations.
