An initial contract for blood provision must be signed between EHS and the medical establishment (hospital or one-day surgery center)

Pay the fees (only private hospitals and centers)
Receive the required blood units
A signed contract between EHS and the receiving hospital or one-day surgery center is required for the provision of blood
Blood units and blood components are free for public sector hospitals
