c.  The following controls must be fulfilled when exchanging data and reports:
                       1)  Obtaining the patient's consent before transferring his/ her data to any other facility for
                          the purpose of performing a Telehealth Diagnosis;
                       2)  The data transfer should be to the extent required by the patient's health condition, and
                          in a way that ensures the best completion of the Telehealth Diagnosis;
                       3)  Applying  precise  procedures  on  how  to  transfer,  save,  store,  protect  and  maintain
                          confidentiality of the patient data.

                 Controls of Telehealth Consultation Service:

               Telehealth Consultation is subject to the special controls set out by the Health Authority, and in
               all cases the health professional who deals directly with the patient is responsible for any health
               care work that he/ she performs towards the patient.

                 Controls of Telehealth Treatment Prescription:
               a.  Telehealth treatment shall be prescribed by a doctor licensed by the Health Authorities in the
                   State, and works in a facility licensed to provide telehealth services;
               b.  The doctor who prescribes the telehealth treatment must conduct an electronic examination of
                   the patient through the use of electronic technology and must adhere to the standards of State-
                   level healthcare;
               c.  Files and documents must be certified according to the applicable rules and regulations;
               d.  The prescription of treatment must be based on a diagnosis, ensuring that there are no medical
                   contraindications of the prescribed medicine and for receiving the treatment. It must also be
                   ensured that the patient is able to understand the risks and is aware of the benefits  of the
                   treatment,  otherwise  the  patient  must  be  referred  to  a  health  care  doctor  for  clinical
                   examination;
               e.  The doctor should discuss the treatment plan with the patient, unless his physical or mental
                   condition does not allow so;
               f.  Medicines are prescribed according to the legislation in force in the State;
               g.  The doctor may prescribe a treatment without being bound by the rules of Telehealth Treatment
                   Prescription with regard to diagnosis and discussion of the treatment with the patient only in
                   the following cases:
                   1)  If a consultation is made with another physician who has a direct relationship with the
                       patient while providing continuous supervision over the treatment;
                   2)  In  case  the  physician  is  attending  or  through  coverage  via  phone  so  as  the  doctor
                       prescribing the treatment reviews the patient's health records.


               4.  Controls of Telehealth Monitoring:
                   a.  Submission of a full application to install and activate the Telehealth Monitoring Service
                       at home or the place where the patient (client) is;
                   b.  Submission of a Telehealth Monitoring Service request or order signed and dated by the
                       physician treating the patient (client);
                   c.  Ensure that telehealth monitoring data is collected accurately and in a reliable manner;
